What types of manufacturing services do you provide?
We provide complete metal fabrication services including cutting, welding, bending, punching, machining, and assembly. Our factory manufactures custom steel components such as brackets, frames, poles, structures, and industrial parts.
How Do You Ensure The Quality Of Your Metal Fabrication Work?
We follow a strict quality-control process that covers material inspection, welding supervision, dimensional checks, and surface finishing. Before shipment, every order is thoroughly inspected, documented, and photographed to ensure accuracy and consistent quality.
What certifications and quality standards do you follow?
We are ISO certified 9001:2015. We follow strict international standards to ensure consistent, high-quality production. Our welding meets AS/NZS 1554.1, AWS D1.1, ISO 13920, and EN 1090. Surface treatment follows ASTM A123, AS/NZS 4680, and ISO 1461. We also provide third-party inspections and Internal quality control reports.
What Materials And Surface Treatments Can You Provide?
We fabricate using carbon steel, stainless steel, and other materials based on your project needs. Surface finishing options include hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, painting, and mechanical polishing.
What Is Your Typical Production And Delivery Timeline?
